Rest & Restore Retreats
Please read carefully our Terms & Conditions before signing up to our retreat.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of The R&R Club Ltd.

General:
• We will do our best to get you into your chosen room, however rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis.
• If a room upgrade is selected and confirmed by The R&R Club Ltd. it is guaranteed. If you do not select a room upgrade there is a chance you will be upgraded automatically but this is not guaranteed.
• A £100 (non-refundable deposit) is required at the time of booking to secure your space and either a payment plan set up to collect all monies due or the balance can be paid in full now.
• The R&R Club Ltd. accept no liability for 3rd party caterers and accommodation.
Personal information and data protection:
• Your personal information is secure and usage of your personal information is administered by The R&R Club Ltd. We will use your personal information to provide you with use of our services, as well as maintain our records, process applications and payments, verify your identity, do market research and gain feedback. Your information may be kept for a reasonable amount of time for the above reasons. Your information will never be shared with 3rd parties with the exception of complying with our legal or regulatory obligations, for the prevention of fraud or other crimes, and in the case of medical emergencies. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you consent to the use of your information, including sensitive information relating to your health and fitness, for the reasons and manner explained above.

Cancellation & refund policy:
• Please note that the rights of cancellation, refund or limitations set out in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• If you cancel your ticket at least 5 calendar months before the retreat, you will receive a full refund of the amount you have paid, minus your deposit and any transaction fees imposed on us by 3rd parties.
• If you cancel between 4 and 5 calendar months, you will only be entitled to a 50% refund, minus your deposit and any transaction fees imposed on us by 3rd parties.
• If you cancel within 4 months of the retreat, you will not be entitled to any refund.
• Places at the retreat can be transferred if you are unable to attend, to a person of your choice. The ticket needs to be paid in full before the transfer and all new details, including a health questionnaire will need to be filled in by the new attendee.
• Any refunds given will be minus your £100 deposit and any transaction fees imposed on us from third parties.

Personal belongings and lost property:
• All personal belonging brought to the retreat are at the client’s own risk. The R&R Club Ltd do not accept any liability for loss or damage to such items.
Safety & Hygiene:
• All clients are requested to wear comfortable clothes that are appropriate for the session they are attending.
• Any classes in the studio can be practised in bare feet.
• If you have any contagious foot complaints, please make sure you are wearing socks at all times.
• For safety & hygiene purposes, no glass or food is to be taken in the studio.
Please adhere to any instructions given by your teacher and local regulations regarding wearing masks/social distancing.
Medical injuries, issues and pregnancies:
• If you are advised by a doctor not to continue with any form of exercise due to an injury or permanent medical reason that inhibits you coming to the retreat, please get in touch with hello@thernrclub.co.uk immediately.
• The R&R Club Ltd accepts no responsibility for any client who does not follow the instructed class or has not disclosed medical conditions, or recent injuries to the teacher. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to stop your practice immediately and inform the teacher if you feel unwell or in any discomfort.
• If you find out that you are pregnant, please let us know as soon as possible as some classes and postures will not be suitable for you. If you chose not to tell us about your pregnancy then we will accept no responsibility for any injuries or issues that may occur as a result of doing a class.
​• If at any time during a class, you feel discomfort or strain, please come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important that you listen to your body and only do what feels good for you.
• By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that you understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment; that you should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga; that it is your responsibility to notify your teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class; and that you should not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.

• You also accept that neither the instructor, nor the studio, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from taking the class.

Your information may only be shared with third parties to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations and in the case of medical emergencies. By agreeing to our terms & conditions, you consent to the use of your information including sensitive information relating to your health & fitness, for the reasons & manner explained above.

Failing such notice, any communications sent to you will be assumed to have been received within 3 days of communications being sent. You can update your details by contacting hello@thernrclub.co.uk
