The R&R Club Approach
Yoga For Every Body
At The R&R Club we believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of their flexibility level. Our approach is to adapt the poses to suit your body, not the other way around. We don't believe in being good at yoga, as it's a practice, not a performance! Join us and discover the benefits of yoga in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Yoga meets you where you are!
Escape and Unwind
We understand the importance of offering a space for women to escape and unwind from their daily responsibilities. Our retreats are designed to be a sanctuary where women can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life and reconnect with their inner selves. Through yoga, mindfulness and deep relaxation, we aim to create a restful and restorative atmosphere for our guests.
Community and Empowerment
The R&R Club is more than just a retreat; it's a community of like-minded women who support and empower each other. Our retreats foster connections, friendships, and a sense of belonging. We believe in the power of community to inspire and uplift, and we encourage women to embrace their strengths, abilities, and uniqueness. Join us at The R&R Club and be part of a community that celebrates and empowers women.
Meet Your Hosts

Keeping fit and healthy has always been a priority for me. I started practising yoga around age 14 but really started to feel the mental health benefits when working full time in a stressful job as it allowed me time to switch off.

During my pregnancies, yoga became a huge part of my life to maintain strength and prepare my body for birth through breathing, movement and relaxation. Postnatally, I became fascinated with women’s health, pelvic health and recovery from pregnancy and childbirth.

I live in Edinburgh with my husband, Craig and two young boys, Adam and Angus. I love creating welcoming, nurturing, fairy lit spaces to practice yoga without judgement. I have a strong desire to help others like me calm the mind and build up strength and flexibility – whilst having fun!

As long as I can remember I have always had a fascination for the human body. I started my career as a Soft Tissue Therapist, before finding and falling in love with yoga about 9 years ago. My previous career saw me working with many professional footballers and athletes, which was extremely fun and fast paced, but after having my children I found my focus had completely changed. I love the idea of women supporting women through all aspects of life.

We are strong and can be even stronger together’. This mantra is something I feel very strongly about, which is why I want to build a safe nurturing community where women can support each other and help build each other up!
I live in Worcester with my husband and two gorgeous children Alfie and Maisie. I truly believe that movement is medicine and I can’t wait to share with you all!

I’ve been practising yoga for around 20 years and am a yoga-obsessed, pizza-loving, Netflix-watching, normal human being who just happens to be your highly trained yoga teacher!!
I believe in a place where women can be themselves, enjoy me-time and learn to nurture themselves in a non-competitive, non-elitist environment. I believe yoga should be accessible for all, not just the super bendy, Instagram worthy types!

I live in Essex with my husband and beautiful twin daughters, Isabella and Isla, and our dog, Molly. I believe in kindness, compassion and that a little catch up with a great community is just about the best thing you can do for your soul!
